YoutubeTranscripts.xyz allows users to retrieve, view, copy, and download transcripts of YouTube videos. Some features, including AI transcription, are available only to paid subscribers.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Abuse, harass, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual property

Transcripts are derived from content published on YouTube. We do not claim ownership of third-party video content or transcripts. You are responsible for complying with copyright and other laws when using transcripts you obtain through the Service.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any errors will be corrected. We do not warrant that transcripts will be accurate, complete, reliable, or available for every video. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.

YoutubeTranscripts.xyz is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to YouTube, Google, Alphabet Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Any references to YouTube or Google are for descriptive purposes only.

You assume all risk for your use of the Service and any content obtained through it. We are not responsible for third-party content, including videos hosted on YouTube, or for how you choose to use transcripts after downloading them.

9. Limitation of liability
